Executive Vice President - Ross Battaglia

Ross Battaglia is the Executive Vice President of TSMManager US.  He is an IBM Subject Matter Expert on IBM Storage, IBM Tivoli Storage Manager, and Disaster Recovery.  He is also a Certified IBM Instructor and has an extensive background developing Storage and Performance software.

He has written 8 IBM Redbooks on Tivoli Storage Manager including every version of the Concepts Guide SG24-4877 and the Implementation Guide SG24-5416. He creates the IBM Certification exams for IBM Storage, Tivoli Storage Manager, IBM TotalStorage Productivity Center Software and IBM Storage hardware.  His experience includes design and development of storage management software TSMManager, Bare-Metal Recovery software, on-site development and implementation, customer service, technical support, and project management.  Ross personally holds 28 IBM certifications.

Chief Developer – Jan Mortensen

Jan Mortensen is the President and Co-Owner of JamoDat, a Danish company and the corporate owner of the Intellectual Property and rights to TSMManager Software.   Jan was born in 1955, is married with two children and lives in Denmark.  After completing his education he worked for the Danish Air Force for 6 years as a technician.  After his tour with the Danish Air Force, Jan joined the IBM Coporation in Denmark as a hardware techinican on mainframe technologies.  Jan evolved into system programming and system administration and worked for IBM as an AIX Consultant.  Jan later become an IBM Subject Matter Expert on Tivoli Storage Manager and for the next eight years he provided his expertise to customers.  Jan retired from IBM after 25 years and began working on the development of TSMManager to fill a gap where IBM Tivoli Storage Manager was lacking and provide a simple to use interface to monitor, manage and report on TSM.  Jan became the Chief Developer of TSMManager in 2003 and has been a valuable resource and part of our infrastructure.

Vice President - Jackie Branch

Jackie is an industry veteran since 1998.   She has experience working with many Businesses, Government and Education clients as well as virtually every vendor in the industry. Her intricate knowledge of IBM programs offered will be utilized to save our customers time and money. Her knowledge of how the Channel works assures the smoothest, fastest and most cost effective transactions for our customers. Jackie’s expertise in processing orders, handling the intricacies of Software licensing programs, and proper billing will insure that beyond the sale, your experience with us will be one that makes your job easier, and less complicated.
